Return Policy

Warranty

Flyaway Designs guarantees to the original buyer that our high-quality products are free from material and manufacturing defects for 2 years from the purchase date. Warranty claims must come with the original purchase receipt and are evaluated individually. Flyaway Designs will decide if approved cases qualify for free repair or replacement.

This warranty doesn’t cover damage from renting out or loaning, improper use, neglect, or normal wear and tear. It also excludes damage from external causes (like punctures, cuts, or abrasions), excessive air pressure, third-party modifications, accidents, excessive force, inappropriate use, contact with excessive heat, or incorrect storage including color changes from sunlight exposure.

Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days. Unfortunately if 14 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Please note the list of approved airlines provided on this website is correct to our best knowledge and is applicable when the product is used in the correct locations on the aircraft (window seats and center of rows of 4 on larger planes). Airline refusal of use onboard your flight is not considered grounds for a refund as Cabin Crew will always have the final say on any item used on board their aircraft.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original, unopened box,  and in the same condition that you received it.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (e.g. your order number). Please also send photos of your unopened package to hello@cloudcuddles.com

Please note that the couriers charges high return to sender fees. If you decide to not sign for your order, the fees charged to us by the courier will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective due to manufacturer fault. If you need to exchange your product, send us an email at hello@cloudcuddles.com for next steps.

Shipping

To return your product, you will receive a prepaid returns label.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund ($40usd).

Exceptions

Products which are rented out are not eligible for exchange or refund as they are not subjected to normal wear and tear. Requests for refunds and exchanges from such companies will be declined as we are not able to confirm the date of purchase due to multiple orders.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order please send us an email at hello@cloudcuddles.com as soon as possible and we will try an intercept your order from the courier. There is a $10 processing fee charged by our fulfillment center for all cancellation requests. This will be deducted from your refund. If we are able to stop your order from being sent, we will deduct the $10 processing fee from the fulfillment center and refund the remaining balance to your account. If we can’t intercept the order, we will need to wait for the product to be delivered, and then follow our returns process.
